This week’s guest Messenger Douglas is a long time friend of the Jam Jah and it was an absolute pleasure to have perform some of his huge catalog of songs, with his silk smooth voice. Big up to Cantankerous Cooper who also passed through and dropped two tunes.     Previously known as Xerox, Messenger Douglas has been part of the Birmigham soundsysytem scene since the 80s. He has made his name on the Roots and Culture scene, recording with likes of Overproof Soundsystem , Kibir La Amlak, Black Rose, Friendly Fire Band, as well as his own imprint Alphamix, taking him all over the world to share his sweet voice and hard hitting lyrics tackling a wide variety of subjects.
